For this year’s Sync Awards, we reimagined the event as a retro-futuristic spaceport, where the journey of creativity takes center stage. The concept, “License to Fly,” was built around celebrating the messy, experimental process of making, not just the final outcome.

From the moment guests checked in, they entered a world designed like an interstellar terminal, moving through immersive zones that honored each stage of the creative process. From ideation to detours, doubt to discovery — every corner of the experience paid tribute to the real work behind the work.
